Stella Diez (Corporate Manager)

Stella Diez received her Bachelor in Psychology from Florida International University and a Bachelor's in Social Work. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Stella is instrumental in the leadership as the Office Manager for all locations, including Florida, Georgia, and soon Houston, Texas. She has extensive experience in the field of mental health and education, working with populations affected by substance abuse and providing services to diverse groups such as settlers and their families, adults, children, and adolescents in need.
As a bilingual (English and Spanish) Manager, her language skills enhance her ability to work with various cultures. Stella is passionate about her work and has a deep commitment to helping others. She is accessible to support clients, employees, and contractual staff. Her mission is to improve the quality and accessibility of mental health services for people from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including immigrants, refugees, and established ethnocultural communities.

Luis Hines Jr. holds a degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida and is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, he has gained a strong grasp of both clinical and administrative functions. As the office manager at Dr. Luis Hines and Associates, Luis oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth client services and team management. His expertise spans a wide range of responsibilities, from streamlining administrative processes to enhancing patient care. Naomi Sequeira holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida International University. With a background in marketing, communications, and client relations, she brings a well-rounded skill set to her role in front-office administration at Luis Hines and Associates.

As a key member of the administrative team, Naomi oversees daily front-office operations, supports staff coordination, and works to ensure that every client experiences a welcoming, organized, and efficient visit. Her expertise spans client services, operational workflow, and practice communications.
Her interest in brand development, community outreach, and digital engagement allows her to support not only the internal success of the team but also the practice's visibility and accessibility, ensuring that more individuals and families can connect with the quality mental health services they need.
